Yes, so frown at the big slacker who hasn’t updated her blog in awhile…Life happens.
Today was the first Society meeting in a long time where I had tons of fun, and I know everyone else did too. It was so nice to get back to really acting Shakespeare. I haven’t done that in awhile, and I miss it. It was a blast and I really want to do more of that in the future for meetings. (Who knows, hopefully in college I’ll have that as a hobby!) Lainie and I acted from act IV, scene I of Much Ado About Nothing (Benedick and Beatrice’s declarations of love). It was fantastic, although I really didn’t mean to throw that chair so violently. I love dramatic Shakespeare. :)
Friday is the Christmas Concert, and I’m feeling pretty good about my two quartets, although I tend to get nervous when other people perform my stuff, so this arrangement is having me worried, but I know it’ll turn out well. It did at the Capitol on Sunday!
So life is well, as it should be–Hope the same’s for all of you!
